Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For participants in focus group discussion Group I: Individuals with Metabolic Syndrome Having any 3 of the following 5 criteria i.Waist circumference more than or equal to 90 cms for males or 80 cms for females. ii.Triglycerides more than or equal to 150mg per dl or on medications for the same. iii.High-density lipoprotein- Cholesterol level less than 40 mg per dL in males or less than 50 mg per dL in females or on medications for same. iv.Systolic blood pressure more than or equal to130 mm Hg or diastolic blood pressure more than or equal to 85 mmHg or on medications for same. v. Fasting plasma glucose more than or equal to 100 mg per dL or medications for same Age group 30 to 60 years. Group II: Physiotherapist with extensive experience in treating individuals with Metabolic Syndrome or co-morbidities like Diabetes Mellitus,Hypertension,Dyslipidemia,Obesity. Group III: Experts panel will include Physician, Dietician, Nutritionist, Cardiologist, and Psychologists who have been working for more than 5 years with individuals having metabolic syndrome
