Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosed Patients with Chronic ankle instability using Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool Score less than 25 2) Reduced ankle Range of motion and Hip flexion, Abduction and External Rotation Range of motion 3) Balance single Stand less than 30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individual allergic to Latex 2. Recent lower extremity or upper extremity fractures or Musculoskeletal injuries in past 6-8 months 3. Patients with a history of cardiovascular, Neurological conditions (any conditions affecting motor functions, balance), Vascular conditions (Varicose Veins, DVT or clotting)
