Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Active and latent trigger points, Score in smartphone addictive scale short version(Cut off score Male -31& Cut off score Female -33) Muscle myofascial pain that met the Simons criteria (Simons et al., 1999) of trigger points in the upper trapezius muscle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: H/O neck trauma(cervical spine condition i.e. spondylosis, spondylitis, spondylolisthesis, vertebral fractures) Taken the treatment of trigger points within the last three months a history of neck surgery, In patients with a history of malignant carcinoma, irradiation of the neck region in hyperthyroidism, or epileptic conditions. Currently taking analgesics, steroids, and/or muscle relaxants, blood clotting disorders or taking anticoagulants, or contraindicated for laser therapy were excluded.
