Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I,II,III,IV Either sex Diabetic patients should have at least 6 years History Obese patients with BMI more than30 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients taking drugs which affects gastric motility. Patients with renal failure Hypothyroid patients. Patients who have connective tissue disorder Past history of gastro-intestinal surgery. Parturients Patients with NG conduit insituaspiration, provided that fasting was initiated at least 8 hours before elective surgery.
