Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Players who are willing to participate Sub-elite badminton players of age between 12 19 yrs Gender Male and Female Players should have a minimum 2 years of experience in badminton Players with practice of at least 5 hours per week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Beginners or individuals with no prior experience in badminton Players involved in other sports with more than 5 hours per week Individuals with soft tissue injury History of spine, upper and lower extremity fractures in the past 1-year Individuals diagnosed with neurological disorders Individuals with cardiovascular disorders
