Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed with stroke Spasticity of hand with Modified Ashworth rating of 1-3 Age 45-70 years old Could understand the content and co-operate for evaluation and treatment and willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of related neurological conditions such as Parkinson s disease or Cardiovascular conditions Recent administration of botulinum toxin injection for spasticity management History of severe psychiatric disorders Hemophobia : Fear of blood Trypanophobia: fear of needles. Hemophilia Any implant (pacemaker or metal) Altered sensations Severe pain. Current use of anticonvulsant medication that may interfere with muscle tone regulation. Presence of active infections or inflammatory conditions
