Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: subjects with features of karnanada and tinnitus subjects within the age group of 40 to 70 years of either gender subjects with prolonged noise exposure noise induced hearing loss subjects with Ototoxicity subjects with Meniere s disease subjects who are fit for basti karma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: subjects with history of systemic illness that interfere with the course of study subjects with perforated tympanic membrane subjects who are pregnant and lactating women
