Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients more than 18 years of age Patients not giving consent for the study Patients with previous topical, or systemic anti-psoriatic agents within 3 months prior to the study Pregnant and lactating females

To evaluate the efficacy of fractional co2 laser with methotrexate 1% gel and fractional co2 laser with tofacitinib 2% ointment in the treatment of nail psoriasis Timepoint: The nail changes improvement will be assessed at baseline,2 weeks, 4 weeks,6 weeks and 8 weeks Patients are followed up for 1 month
