Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria Patient will be selected irrespective of gender occupation and habitat. Those who are fit for Vaman karma. Those who are fit for Virechan karma. Age group 20 to 60 yrs. Patients presenting with classic sign and symptoms of Amlapitta. Patient having history of hyperacidity less than 2 yrs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 20 years and above 60 years. Those who are not fit for Vaman & Virechan procedure. Patient having history of hyper acidity due to secondary underling cause like esophageal carcinoma. Patients known case of gastric and duodenal ulcer. Chronic alcoholic and smoker. Patients with cardiac problems and any other fatal disease. Patients with systemic diseases or who are seriously ill.
