Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are willing to get enrolled. 2.Patients irrespective of gender, caste, religion, and socio - economic status. 3.Age groups 20yrs 50 yrs. 4.Patients with BMI equal or more than 25kg/m2 Class 1 obesity -over weight (BMI 25.0-29.9 kg/m2, class 11 obesity-obesity (BMI 30.0-39.9 kg/m2), Class 111 obesity-extreme obesity (BMI more than 40 kg/m2) 5.Patients with High LDL-C 6.Patients having fitness to perform Shankhaprakshalana.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are not willing to participate in the study. 2.Patients not fit for Shankhaprakshalana. 3.Patients younger than 20 years and elder than 50 years. 4.Patients with CVDs and other severe conditions like Asthma, Psychological disorders, Cancer, TB, Bleeding disorders, Musculoskeletal disorders. 5.Uncontrolled Diabetic, Hypertensive and any other severe systemic disease patients. 6.Pregnant women.

Primary Outcomes: 1.Relief in the symptoms of Sthaulya. 2.Reduction in Physical and Anthropometric measurements. 3.Reduction in serum LDL-C, sd-LDL-C, Apo B, hs-CRP. Secondary Outcomes: 1.Improvement in the Quality of life (WHOQOL-BREF) Timepoint: 60 days
