Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 65- 84 Years both Male and Female Geriatric Classification Young and Middle Old age group Without any pathological disorders. Ability to stand unsupported Z Score in short performance Battery Test is less than 6/12 (balance, Gait speed, Chair Stand Speed). Tinetti Performance Oriented Mobility Assessment POMA score 19 24 People with TUG score more than 14 sec

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Geriatric Classification Oldest old age group (above 84 years) Non co operative people Persons with cognitive Decline Uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension Subjects with neurological pathologies Subjects with musculo skeletal pathologies. Subjects with chronic degenerative diseases with deformity
