Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Individuals with a positive Hawkins-Kennedy test. b) Individuals with scapular dyskinesia. c) Age group 20-50 years. d) Both Male and Female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Any recent traumatic injury/fracture involving upper limb b) Neurological disorders c) Recent muscle tear d) Frozen shoulder
