Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diabetic patients aged between 40 to 60 years Patients under ASA two category Single rooted teeth with single canal and closed apex Diabetic Patients diagnosed with pulp necrosis and symptomatic apical periodontitis with PAI score less than two

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients in ASA one three four and five categories. Patients under any medication for a week Patients with periapical pathology with PAI score greater than 2 Patients with chronic apical periodontitis Patients with weeping canals Patients with mid-treatment flareups Teeth with cracks, vertical root fracture, internal & external resorption. Multirooted teeth, Single rooted teeth with multiple canals. Teeth with immature apex. Patients with calcified canals
