Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of Primary anal fissures Patients between ages of 18 years to 60 years Patients willing to participate in the study after written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with past history of any anal surgeries Patients with secondary anal fissures (history of anal surgeries, Crohn s disease, Ulcerative Colitis, viral infections like HIV, syphilis, granulomatous disease like tuberculosis, sarcoidosis or GI malignancies) Patients with any known cardiac conditions and hypertension Pregnant or lactating females
