Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient presenting symptoms of Extremely high blood pressure Pulsating headache often occipital and occurs particularly in the morning Insomnia Occasional palpitation Breathlessness Frequent urination frothy urine Muscle cramps at night

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age group of Below 30 years Transient proteinuria Certain drugs Patients who are not willing to participate in the study
