Interventions

Intervention1: Modified Chair Surya namaskar: The subjects will perform the 12 asanas of surya namaskar using a chair. The surya namaskar will be performed till the Rate of Perceived Exertion reaches
duration for 12 asanas is for 25-30 mins
3 days/week for 4 weeks Control Intervention1: Circuit-based exercise: 3 workstations will be formed namely mobility and balance, Aerobic endurance and Leg strength. The exercises will be performed ti
5 minutes at each station
3 times/week for 4 weeks. The circuit will take 25-30 mins.Progression will be by increasing the number of repetitions and complexity of each exercise.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group: 18-50 years 2. Persons with disability range of 40-50% 3. Level 3 to 5 on Functional Ambulatory Classification System 4. Persons with neurological locomotor disability who walks independently with or without assistive aids for at least 3 meters

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindicated to physical activity (2023 PAR-Q+: pregnancy, arthritis, osteoporosis, cancer, coronary artery disease, heart failure, high blood pressure, diabetes) (33) 2. Cognitive impairment (mini-cog) of score 0-2
