Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 2-13years 2. Children presenting with snoring having a FPRS Score (1-3) 3. Children diagnosed with Adenoid Hypertrophy on Xray Nasopharynx.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Children presenting with grade 4 Adenoid hypertrophy with A/N more than 75% 2.Patients with underlying immune deficiencies, neoplasia 3. Children with cranio facial deformities. 4. Children with bleeding disorders.
