Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects willing to participate in the study Subjects who have provided written informed consent Subjects willing to be randomized Subjects willing to download the app or receive the printed IEC material Subjects who are English literate Subjects who are able to handle/use the app

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects currently using any habit-tracking / fitness tracking app Subjects having night shift timings of work Subjects with unpredictable travel lifestyle Subjects with alcohol, tobacco addictions/drug abusers Pregnant/lactating mothers Subjects with a known case of major systemic illness and/or acute/chronic diseases necessitating treatment

Frequency of Lifestyle Habits practiced per week; Duration of each habit per session; percentage increase in knowledge of Dinacharya practices (measured with a validated KAP questionnaire).Timepoint: at baseline, 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, and 4 weeks (post trial)
