Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: After completed 37 weeks of pregnancy and fetal weight 2.5kg or more presentation must be vertex

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18 year and more than 35 year known case of CPD abd CP Mal presentation and Mal position Severe oligohydramnios APH High risk pregnancy case that is pregancy with Jaundice Pre eclamptic Toxemia Eclampsia Twin pregancy Severe anemia less than 7 gm PIH etc Patients having other systemic pathology like TB DM HIV VDRL HBsAg etc Previous LSCS
