Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 years to 60years ASA -1,2 Elective total abdominal surgeries and lower limb surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: age less than 18 years and more than 60 years,fever, drug sensitivity, drug abuse, pregnant patients, renal hepatic cardiac diseases, uncontrolled blood pressure, patient refusing spinal anesthesia
