Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Gestational age: 34-37 weeks. 2)All preterm twins, once they are Haemodynamically stable and off the Respiratory support. 3)APGAR score should be 6 or more at the end of 5 min post birth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Infants with moderate-severe Asphyxia. 2)Having any major congenital anomalies or chromosomal aberrations 3)Neurologically abnormal / grade III Intraventricular Hemorrhage (IVH) or higher. 4)Neonatal Meningitis.
