Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18-65 years Americal Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I-II No preoperative upper limb sensory or motor neurological deficits

Amplitude of Transcranial Motor evoked potential following reversal of rocuronium with sugammadexTimepoint: 30 minutes after induction of anesthesia and 5, 10,15 ,20 and 30 minutes after dural opening/laminectomy

MeasureTime frame
comparision with amplitude of transcranial motor evoked potential following administration of cisatracurium and rocuronium infusion time taken for re -appearance of second twitch of train of four counts in both groupsTimepoint: amplitude and latency of trans cranial Motor evoked potential 5,10,20,30 and 60 minutes
