Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged between 18 and 60 years, Clinically and electrophysiologically diagnosed with mild to moderate Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Willing to provide informed consent and comply with the study protocol, No history of prior surgical intervention for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic conditions like diabetes mellitus or hypothyroidism, Pregnant or lactating women, History of trauma or surgery in the affected limb, Patients with cognitive or psychiatric disorders that affect compliance, Recent corticosteroid injection in the affected wrist.
