Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Male and female 2 Age group 20-50 years 3 Pain in upper trapezius with minimum NPRS 4/10 4 Tenderness grading more than or equal to 2 5 Chronic more than 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any condition inducing trapezitis due to Cervical spine disorders, injuries, fractures, radiculopathies, skin pathologies.
