Intervention1: Pulsed Electro Magnetic Field Therapy: Participants will receive PEMF therapy (Program: 10 Hz (for muscle relaxation and mild pain relief) or 25 Hz (for moderate pain and inflammation r

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 20-40 years. Both genders are included. Individuals having 6-7 hrs sitting daily. Diagnose with upper back pain for atleast 12 weeks or more. Patients with CV angle less than 50 degrees. Capable of providing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous cervical spine surgery. Recent fractures of trauma to neck or upper back. Systemic diseases affecting the spine (e.g., malignancies, autoimmune disorders). Severe heart disease, recent heart attack or any issue which restricts the participant from participation in the intervention
