Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients age 40 t0 70 years suffering from diabetes mellitus, ejection faction more than 40 percent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 40,age more than 70, patients with congestive heart failure, emergency, redo cases, heart rate less than 50 beats per minute, patients with renal and liver impairement
