Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient having the sign and symptoms of hemorrhoids (Arsha) 2. Patient of either sex between the Age group of 21 60 years. 3. Patients willing to give written informed consent for the participation in Research work.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient not fulfilling inclusion criteria. 2. Presence of fissures, Fistulas in the anal region and Sentinel tags (hypertrophied anal papillae). 3. Rectal prolapse. 4. Rectal cancer or any other anorectal malignancy or significant anorectal pathology. 5. Pregnant and lactating women 6. Patients having history of systemic complicated disease like, Tuberculosis, Diabetes HIV any malignancy etc
