Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Biopsy proven case of Oral squamous cell carcinoma. 2.All patients who have shown positive test on Allen test, as a pre-requisite to Radial Forearm Free Flap with or without PRF. 3.Patients undergoing free flap donor site closure requiring skin grafts. 4.Patients able to provide informed consent. 5.ASA I and II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any carcinoma other than Oral squamous cell carcinoma. 2.Patient who have undergone Recurrence or chemotherapy. 3.Patient who has undergone radiotherapy. 4.Patient who are lost to follow up. 5.ASA III and IV. 6.All patient not willing for Microvascular surgery.
