Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women with advanced HGSEOC undergoing 3 weekly NACT cycles. 2. Age greater than 18 years 3. Willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing primary cytoreductive surgery. 2. Previous history of treatment (chemotherapy or surgery) 3. Recurrent ovarian cancer 4. Low grade serous, clear cell, mucinous, Brenner pathological variants of EOC

1. To assess the Correlation between CA-125 based KELIM and CRS scores in women with HGSEOC undergoing interval cytoreductive surgery after neoadjuvant chemotherapy.Timepoint: 2 to 4 weeks after surgery

1. Correlation of KELIM score with radiological response in HGEOC patients undergoing IDS 2. To Correlate the KELIM score with residual disease after Interval cytoreductive surgery in women with HGEOC.Timepoint: 4 weeks
