Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who have undergone valve replacement surgery through median sternotomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with severe respiratory complications like pneumonia acute respiratory distress syndrome 2 Pre-existing chronic pulmonary disease COPD pulmonary fibrosis 3 Neurological or musculoskeletal conditions affecting thoracic mobility 4 Recurrent thoracic surgeries 5 Psychologically unstable patients
