Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed patients of Udavartini Yonivyapad of age group from 10 to 24 years young unmarried patient. 2. Patient having chief complaints of painful menstruation with associated symptoms without any pelvic pathology.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients of age group below 10 & above 24 years married patients. 2. Patients of pelvic pathology i.e. PID, PCOD, Cervical stenosis, Fibroid, Endometriosis, DUB, Adenomyosis, Endometrial polyp. 3. Patient taking any hormonal therapy. 4. Patient with congenital anomalies of reproductive system. 5. Menorrhagia
