Inclusion criteria: Classical Symptoms of Vicharchika Patients diagnosed as the case of Dushivishjanya Vicharchika with the presenting symptoms Patients in between age of 18-70 years Patients irrespective of sex, caste, religion, and socio-economic economic status

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from major illness & infections disease like scabies, Dermatophytosisetc 2. Age less than 18 years & more than 70 years. 3. Patient suffering from Dushivishjanya Vicharchika associated with other systemiillness like diabetes mellitus & other complications
