Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study participants/subjects- Young adult females with Primary Dysmenorrhea aged 18-25 years Inclusion Criteria : 1. 18-25 years of age [11] 2. Women who will give consent for the study 3.Women suffering with primary dysmenorrhea as per WaLIDD (Working ability, location, intensity, days of pain, dysmenorrhea) Score

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria : 1. Presence of Polycystic Ovarian Disorder, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, Fibroids. 2. Musculoskeletal/neurological conditions which affects the performance of yogic maneuvers 3. Women who are engaged in any kind of structured exercise or physical activity.
