Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All primary and secondary cases of infertility The lower age limit is 20yrs and the upper age limit is 35years or with duration of infertility less than 15years whichever is earlier Patients who are under medication for conception like ovulation induction, IVF will also be taken Having endometrial thickness lessthan7mm, on the diagnostic basis of ultra sound whole abdomen and pelvis will be taken for study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Endometrial /genital T.B Suffering from Malignancy. Women less than 20yrs and more than35 years of age . Submucous fibroid, endometrial polyps, cervical polyps blocking the cervical canal. Stenosis, atresia of vagina and cervix. Uterine anomalies like septate, bicornuate uterus Acute phases of reproductive tract infections like Pelvic Inflammatory diseases. Uterine synechiae where adhesiolysis is required .
