Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Bimaxillary protrusion (Angle upper central incisor to Sella Nasion plane within the range of 120 to 135 degree) Age ranging from 19 to 28 years All permanent teeth till 2nd molar should be present Healthy periodontium Average growth pattern (Angle Sella Nasion plane to Gonion Gnathion plane within the range 28 to 35 degree) Participants (or guardians, if minor) must provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a) Any history of Temporo-Mandibular Disorder symptoms such as click, crepitus or pain, deviation on mouth opening/ closure, previous treatment for TMJ or surgery. b) Previous orthodontic or orthognathic treatment c) systemic problems such as bone disorders/ Syndromes d) Dental restorations/appliances, pacemaker that may cause safety problems during an MRI scan e) Any contra-indication for surgical procedures like extraction (Hemophilia, Bleeding /clotting disorders)
