Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient showing signs and symptoms of Arsh with reference to primary prolapsed second and third degree Patients of age between 18 60 years irrespective of sex religion socio economical status marital status

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Piles arsha with perianal abscess Secondary piles Bleeding piles Piles arsha with fissure and fistula prolapsed rectum Known case of crohns disease ulcerative colitis proctitis rectal polyp immumocompromised conditions like HIV Hepatitis B Syphillis STDs TB Malignancy Patient is taking anticoagulant treatment
