Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 6 to 12 years Diagnosed with disturbed sleep using BEARS and SDSC tools ENT clearance for dental intervention

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children above 12 years Undergoing orthodontic treatment Patient requires skeletal expansion Severe crowding Skeletal cross bite

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in sleep of the child will be measured by questionnaireTimepoint: baseline and after 6 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Trans palatal width will be measured in millimetre from the model. Pharyngeal space assessment in millimetre lateral cephalogram. Change in proclination will be measured in degree from the lateral cephalogramTimepoint: Baseline & after 6 months
