Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients willing to participate in the study. 2.Patients with age range from 18yrs to 50yrs. 3.Scars secondary to surgical incision or trauma in head and neck region. 4.Scars secondary to acne in facial region.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Scars that received any previous treatment/ revision. 2. Patients with any factors interfering with wound healing like those with history of keloid tendency, any active skin/systemic conditions, immunosuppression, bleeding and clotting disorders, pregnancy and lactating women, etc,.
