Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-60 years. Scheduled for elective knee arthroscopic surgery under subarachnoid block. ASA (American Society of Anaesthesiologists) physical status I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of chronic headache disorders. Coagulation disorders. Known allergy to local anaesthetics or spinal needles. Refusal to participate in the study. More than one attempt. Exclusion of inclusion criteria.
