Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pain and stiffness in the neck region aggravated by movement Difficulty in flexion and extension of neck Pain in the neck radiating to the shoulder blades top of the shoulder extremities of the upper limb and in surface of scalp Radiological changes suggestive of the disease Based on Neck Index Disability score participants with score less than 34 of total score 50
