Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age 16-50 Years. 2) Patient having pratyatmalakshnas of Raktapradar. 3) patients with intermentrual bleeding 4)HB % 9 gm% and above

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.diagnost patient with uterine and pelvic pathology. 2. Diagnost patient with any serious systemic disorder. 3. Known case of abortion ectopic pregnancy. 4. Patient taking antique coagulation therapy and coagulent defects. 5.HB % less than 9 gm %
