Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants must be between 12 to 18 years old and attend secondary school and willing to engage in the integral yoga intervention and attend all scheduled sessions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants diagnosed with chronic/infectious illnesses, mental health, recent surgery, mental health disorders (e.g., depression, anxiety), or physical health conditions that could impede participation in yoga (e.g., severe asthma, epilepsy) will be excluded. 2.Participants who have practised yoga regularly (more than once a week) for at least six months will be excluded to avoid confounding effects. 3.Participants who report substance use (e.g., drugs, alcohol) that may affect their ability to engage in the study will be excluded. 4.Participants who cannot commit to attending the scheduled sessions and completing the follow-up assessments will be excluded.
