Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a.The students who volunteer to be the part of the study after brief introduction of the intervention methods. b. University Students between 18 and above c. The students who fall in the moderate anxiety group (based on STAI scores) d. The students who have no hearing impairments e. Students without any diagnosed Psychological or Physiological problem f. Only male and female genders will be included g. Students willing to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a. University Students below 18 years. b. The students who fall in low anxiety group(based on STAI scores)c.The students who have hearing impairment. d. Students who are seeking treatment for any life-threatening Physiological diseases e. Students suffering from any Psychological disorders f. Genders other than male and female g. Those who are totally Unfamiliar with Hindi and Sanskrit as a language h. Those who would not sign the informed consent form.
