Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women working minimum 8hr daily will be included for study on the basis of Hamilton Anxiety Scale score.Hamilton Anxiety Scale score between 17 to 24 will be included for study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women who will be on medication of the central nervous system including withdrawal effects (e.g. alcohol, benzodiazepines) will be excluded. Women who will be having hypertension ,pregnancy,major cardiorespiratory diseases like copd , asthama and Diabetis Mellitus will be excluded for this study.The symptoms in whom are accounted for by another mental disorder (e.g. a Depressive Disorder) or another medical condition (e.g. hyperthyroidism )will be excluded
