Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Subjects older than 18 years of either gender Patients with asymptomatic apical periodontitis Patients who have not taken analgesics in the past 3 days Patients who have not taken any antibiotics in the past one month Cooperative healthy subjects who are willing to participate in the study and sign the consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of previous root canal treatment on the same tooth swelling sinus tract severe periodontal disease nonvital Subjects unwilling to sign the consent form
