Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Regularly attending dental students at Teerthanker Mahaveer Dental College and Research Centre. Age range between 18 and 22 years. Willingness to participate and provide written informed consent after being informed about the study s purpose and benefits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: systemic or oral illnesses, dental prostheses use, manual dexterity impairment, recent or ongoing antibiotic consumption, and refusal to participate.
