Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with grade III/grade IV OSF requiring surgical intervention and reconstruction with nasolabial flap.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient underwent previous facial surgery. Patients with known allergic history to the contents in the suture material. Patients who had undergone radiotherapy. Patients with other than ASA Group I.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
less wound closure time and better wound healing.Timepoint: during wound closure, Wound healing- 7th pod and 15th pod.
