Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Undergraduate nursing students (18-23 yrs.) staying in nursing hostel of AIIMS, Rishikesh and taking food from student mess. Undergraduate nursing students who are willing to participate and comply with dietary interventions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Undergraduate nursing students with co-morbidities (diabetes, thyroid disorder, malignancy) Undergraduate nursing students with known allergies to millets Undergraduate nursing students who are already enrolled under another supplementary program Undergraduate nursing students who are getting hormonal therapy
