Health Condition 1: M472- Other spondylosis with radiculopathy

Interventions

Intervention1: Individualized Homoeopathic Medicine: The selected medicine will be given to group A patients.The potency selection in the groups would be prescribed depending upon need of the patient.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individual aged between 20-80 years. Previously diagnosed case of cervical spondylosis with evidence of MRI or X-ray Patient presenting with positive clinical symptoms along with positive radiological finding and NPAD score from mild to severe category. Patient willing to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed case of severe cervical canal stenosis. Patients with severe systemic illness including malignancies. Congenital anomalies of cervical spine and recent history of traumatic fractures of cervical spine. Cases associated with spondyloarthropathies and ankylosing spondylitis. Pregnant ladies and other lactating mothers.

Comparison between Individualized homeopathic medicine and Cimcifuga racemosa in cervical spondylosis assessed by using NPAD Scale.Timepoint: Baseline,3rd month,6th month,and at the end of study

The radiological changes in X-ray of cervical spine will be evaluated at the end of 9 months using Kellgren-Lawrence grading scale.Timepoint: Baseline,end of study
