Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients scheduled for abdominal surgery, aged more than 18 years to 50 years and who agreed to participate in the trial were included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were cognitive or psychiatric disorders, hearing-impairing diseases, and chronic treatment with analgesics.
